A restroom trailer fits when a standard portable toilet would undercut the day. Weddings at Biltmore Forest estates, receptions in North Asheville backyards, and corporate events near Grove Park all draw guests in suits and heels who expect a sink, a mirror, and a door that latches. A trailer gives them flushing toilets and interior lighting instead of a single molded stall. The trade-off is simple: trailers cost more and need level ground plus access to power and, ideally, a water hookup. A single ADA-height portable toilet handles a small crew or a short window at a fraction of the price. Choose the trailer when the guest experience is part of the event.

Sizing follows headcount and hours. A 2-station trailer covers an intimate Montford wedding of roughly 100 guests; larger 3-to-6-station units serve 150-300 for a Haw Creek festival or a full-day gathering along the French Broad. For multi-day runs we set a servicing schedule so the unit stays stocked and clean from Friday setup through Sunday breakdown — not serviced late on day two.

Access is where Asheville terrain matters. Venues off Beaverdam Road or Kenilworth sit on grades, and some sit down long gravel drives near Pisgah National Forest that other companies won't attempt. We confirm the delivery path, the leveling spot, and the power source on a free on-site visit before you commit, so the trailer lands where you need it and sits level once it's there. Flood-prone lots near French Broad River Park get placed on the high, stable ground during the walk-through.

Power and water shape the plan. Most trailers run on a standard outlet or a small generator, and a garden-hose connection keeps the fresh-water tank topped for longer events. If your site in Oakley or West Asheville has neither, we bring a generator and run off onboard tanks — we cover that on the call so there are no surprises at delivery.
